We added 2 new lessons to chapter 8 "Highlands" for the Master 3D Environments in Blender course.
The "Highlands" chapter features a very common approach to making your environments - taking pre-made displacement and texture maps, and using them to displace your geometry in Blender. No external tools needed, you can follow along with the files attached to the lessons. Works fine with EEVEE too!
In lesson 05, we will add the elements we keep using throughout the course - background sky plane, 2D and 3D clouds, and some particle trees and bushes. Along the way, you'll learn a lot about Weight Painting:
